1. Panchakarma or Rejuvenation program (7 days to 28 days)
Based on detailed consultation with our specialized Ayurveda physician, Panchakarma (Detoxification) and Rejuvenation packages are available for 7 days, 14 days and 28 days.
Vamana : Induced vomiting with medicines. Virechana : Purgation with medicines. Kashaya Vasti : Decoction enema. Sneha Vasthi : medicated oil enema. Nasya : Nasal Medication.

2. Pizhichil (Medicated Oil Bath - 1 hr)
In this treatment, two therapists pour 3-4 litres of warm medicated oil all over the body in a specific rhythmic pattern while gently massaging it. This is one of the most rejuvenating and relaxing massages in Ayurveda. It is good for nerve disorders such as hemiplegia, quadriplegia, rheumatic and joint pain, muscle spasms and other degenerative diseases. It is also a jet lag reliever.
3. Njavarakkizhi (1 hr)
A highly rejuvenating massage using a pouch containing the special medicinal rice "Njavara", cooked with milk decoction of medicinal herbs. A special effect of this massage is softening of the skin and strengthening of the muscles.
4. Kateevasthi & Urovasti (1 hr)
In this therapy, a specially prepared warm medicated oil is poured in the lower back or shoulder plate region then kept in place by a herbal paste boundary. A series of treatments is recommended to treat back pain and spinal disorders.
5. Shirodhara, Tharka Dhara & Kheera Dhara (1 hr)
In this therapy, medicated oil or medicated butter milk is streamed onto the forehead and the entire scalp as a therapeutic head massage is performed. This is one of the most popular among Ayurvedic therapies, as it not only enhances mental relaxation but also cools the head, paving the way for a restful sleep.
6. Shirovasthi (45 mins)
In this treatment, lukewarm herbal oil is poured into a cap fitted on the head for 20 - 45 mins. This may go on for a period of up to seven days depending on the condition of the patient. This treatment is useful for treating nervous disorders such as hemiplegia and quadriplegia.
7. Netra Sekam, Nethra Tharpanam, Lepam etc
These are Purva Karma therapies during the Panchakarma administration.
8. Purva Karma Therapies
Njavarakizhi, Swedana, Elakizhi, Podikizhi, Pizhichil, Udvarthanam, Shiro Basti, Thala Pothicil, Kati Basti etc. These are therapies to treat acute and chronic diseases as well as for rejuvenation and longevity.
