Route : Delhi – Dharamsala - Delhi

Dharamsala is situated in the Northern Indian state of Himachal Pradesh. It lies in the Pir Panjal region of the Himalayas and has majestic views of the Dhauladhar Ranges above and the Kangra Valley below. People from all over the world flock to Mcleodganj to receive blessings and teachings from His Holiness Dalai Lama. Western and Indian tourists and scholars come here to see the rebirth of an ancient and fascinating civilization.
Day 1: Delhi to Pathankot
Pick up from Delhi and in the evening we drive to Delhi Railway Station to board the overnight sleeper train to Pathankot.
Day 2: Pathankot to Dharamsala
Reaching Pathankot early in the morning we are met by our vehicle to drive us to the hill resort of Dharamsala. Arriving there before lunch, check into your hotel. In the afternoon we will visit Bhagsunag Temple, dedicated to Lord Shiva and Bhagsu waterfall.
Day 3: Dharamsala Siteseeing
In the morning we will walk around the Kora. This walk is around the temple of His Holiness Dalai Lama and the path is adorned with colourful Tibetan prayer flags. We then visit Tsuklakhang Monastery (Residence of HH Dalai Lama), learn about the Tibetan History in the Tibetan Library and Tibetan Museum, find peace at Nechung Monastery, visit Aghanjar Mahadev Shiva Temple where a stream flows beside the temple Shiva Temple and enjoy the tranquility in Norbulingka Institute.
Day 4: Dharamsala Siteseeing
Visit Aghanjer Mahadev Temple in Khanniyara village, residence of His Holiness Karmapa in Gyuto Tantric Monastery in Sidhbari. We also visit Kangra town and the temple of Goddess Shakti, Brejeswari Mata.
Day 5: Dharamsala Siteseeing
Walk to Dharamkot village. This charming village is surrounded by nature walks and green valleys. Visit Memorial of HH Dalai Lama’s teacher. From here walk to Naddi village to see the incredible mountain views. After driving back to Dharamsala, your afternoon is free for the rest of the day.
Day 6: Dharamsala to Delhi
In the morning enjoy a meditation class at Tushida and later learn how to cook delicious Indian food with a cooking class and have a blissful Ayurvedic massage from a reputed Ayurvedic Centre. In the afternoon drive to Pathankot Railway Station for the overnight sleeper train to Delhi.
Day 7: Delhi
Arrive in Delhi early morning for a transfer to the airport or hotel if staying in Delhi.
